Your details, kept simple.
What happens to the information you send through the Webvetra enquiry form.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, email address, business name, current website, the package you pick and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not record your IP address with your enquiry.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to plan and quote your project. Our lawful basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Client accounts and payments
When you buy a package, payment is handled by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe tells us your name, email, the package and the amount, and we create your client account with them. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash. Your account keeps your orders, the project brief you write and your messages with the studio, so we can build your website. A single sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; it is essential and not used for tracking.
Who can see it
Only Webvetra. We never sell or share your details. Enquiries are stored securely with our web host and email provider, which process them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Website enquiry records older than 12 months are removed when the enquiry list is next updated. Email copies are handled separately in our business inbox. You can ask us to delete your details using the contact form.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Send a message through the contact form and we will act on it within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
